Stress is a killer. One of the leading causes of disease and even death. The secret to handling stress is to address all of the factors that contribute to your stress, not just the obvious or known stressors.
The most common forms of stress include: Emotional, Physical, Chemical and Environmental.
Emotional: Neurotransmitters, hormones, heart rate and respiration are affected by the emotional stress we experience.
Physical: A low force over a long period can cause the same amount of damage as a high force can cause in an instant.
Chemical: Gasoline and diesel fumes, factory waste, mercury and other heavy metals are the most common forms of toxins that we find in the water we drink, the food we eat, or the air we breathe.
